Do I really have to sign up to order?

No. You can buy as a guest and still pay on delivery. An account only helps you find orders, addresses and favourites more quickly.

How do I pay for my orders?

Always on delivery: in cash or by card at the door, where the courier allows it. We ask for nothing upfront online.

Can I change an address after ordering?

Yes, if the order hasn't shipped yet. Write to us via contact with your order number and we'll update it for you.

How do I track a shipment?

In the orders section you'll find a Track link next to each purchase, or head to the page tracking and enter your order number.
