This policy explains what personal data we handle when you visit cozelia.com, why we process it, who may receive it and how you can exercise your privacy rights under applicable data protection law.
Current preview scope. Cozelia is not currently connected to an external lead, analytics or marketing system. This policy will be updated before any such integration is activated.
This policy explains how personal data is handled when you browse Cozelia or contact us. It covers the current site experience and will be reviewed before any new lead, analytics or marketing integration is activated.
This policy applies to visitors who browse Cozelia or use its contact channel. When a future partner service is introduced, that provider may act under its own privacy information, which will be linked clearly before data is sent.
When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, an optional reference and the content of your message. Please do not include card details, passwords or sensitive personal information.
Hosting and security services may process basic technical records such as IP address, device and browser information, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic events needed to deliver and protect the website.
We use information to answer requests, provide support, maintain site security, prevent misuse and improve reliability. Contact messages are not used for unrelated advertising.
Depending on the context, processing may be necessary to respond to steps you request, meet legal obligations or support legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. Where consent is required, it will be requested separately and can be withdrawn.
Personal data may be handled by providers supporting hosting, security and communications, only to the extent needed for their role and subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to answer a request, maintain security records and meet applicable obligations. Exact schedules for future lead integrations will be documented before those integrations go live.
If a service provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, transfers must rely on an applicable legal mechanism and appropriate safeguards. The provider list will be reflected here before new integrations are enabled.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your data. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it and lodge a complaint with a competent authority. Use the contact page to make a request.
Necessary technologies may be used to deliver and secure the website. Optional analytics or marketing technologies will not be added without an appropriate consent mechanism. Read the Cookie Policy for the current status.
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data. This service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly request their data through the contact form.
We may update this policy when the website, its providers or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
For a privacy question or rights request, use the contact form and select “Privacy request”. Verified legal contact details will be added before personal data is routed to an external lead system.
