We call you to confirm

We prepare your parcel
After confirmation, your order is checked and carefully packed at our warehouse. We'll write to you with the summary and tracking code as soon as it ships.
The courier lets you know

All FAQsCan I pay the courier in cash?
Yes. On delivery you pay in cash directly to the courier. In several countries and with some couriers you can also pay by card or POS: we tell you in your order summary.
Can I check the parcel on delivery?
On delivery, you can check that the parcel is intact, sealed and matches your order. Opening it fully and trying the product happen after payment; if anything is wrong, you are still covered by the free 30-day return.
Does cash on delivery cost extra?
No. Cash on delivery is included, at no extra charge. In Italy shipping is always free too, with no minimum. What you see in the cart is what you pay the courier.
What happens if I'm not home at delivery?
The courier lets you know before coming and, if you're out, tries again or leaves instructions to reschedule the delivery. You can follow everything on the tracking page and pick a new time that suits you.
How do I return something if I've already paid on delivery?
Write to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll guide you through the free return. Once we've received and checked the product, we process the refund using the method you agreed to. Support stays with you every step of the way.
